Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in a cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session may need to be rescheduled. Rescheduled sessions must be booked within 30 days of the original appointment. We appreciate your understanding as these policies allow us to serve all clients with excellence and respect for time.
